Northern Arc Capital’s board approved allotment of equity shares to option grantees As on : 16-Sep-26  16:33

Northern Arc Capital Limited announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 1,44,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to option grantees under the Northern Arc Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 and related schemes, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 161,66,38,750 to Rs 161,80,78,750.
